Accommodation:

The open plan lounge has A/C, gas log fireplace, the spacious dining room offers expansive valley views and the home is surrounded by spacious verandas and gardens.

The house is non-smoking, but there is a smokers lounge, separate from the main house.

All guest rooms have:-    Heating, electric blankets and heated towel rails
                                  Tea & coffee making facilities

Suite 1:    is air-conditioned, TV, has a king size bed,  the bathroom has a spa bath

Suite 2:    is air-conditioned, TV, has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom

Suite 3:     is air-conditioned, TV, has a king sized bed and an en suite bathroom

Suite 4:     is air-conditioned, a two room suite, room 1 has two king single beds,         room 2 has a day  night sofa , and/or a single bed plus TV.

              The suite has a private veranda with great valley views.
